A couple of years ago Tomorrow's World showed a pair of timps where the
bottom had been cut away making them more transportable; they are about
a foot deep. Now when I was lugging Meltham's Timps around on Sunday afternoon
I thought to myself "what's happened about these timps". I've never seen
any advertised let alone any in use.

Does anyone have any experience regarding these drums?
