If anyone is in the Hudson River Valley tomorrow afternoon (Sunday, 3
September) and looking for something unusual to do, stop by the Storm King
Art Center on Old Pleasant Road off Route 32 just South of Newburgh, NY. 914
534-3115.

Just the Brass will be playing a 3PM concert. Ensemble for tomorrow afternoon
includes: 2 trumpets, 1 cornet, 2 (French) horns, 2 trombones, euphonium,
tuba. The concert includes American music written and arranged for brass
during the last two centuries. Some truly excellent and little-heard music is
on the program. The concert is free with admission to the sculpture park. The
park includes 400 acres of terraced lawns, woods, and fields landscaped for
display of more than 120 significant pieces of modern sculpture. Bring a
picnic lunch and spend the afternoon.
