I don't know if any band is currently sponsored by Yamaha - there was
a band called 'Lewington Yamaha Brass' which was sponsored by
the Yamaha dealer Bill Lewington.

The Sun Life Band does play Yamaha cornets.

I think one of the major brass bands in England is sponsored by Yamaha. I
forget now who it is. Obviously they all play Yamaha. (But WHY??)
