Hello to all on this list. I am a member of the Band of the Island of
Jersey, a marching brass band located in Jersey, Channel Islands, UK. I
happen to play the drum, and we are fairly unusual as we have a drum corps
attached to a pure brass band. Our main involvement is outside of
competition, as the cost of travel to the UK is prohibitive, but we get to
play in France a couple or so times a year and have entered comps in the UK,
the last was Bugle about 1992.
