As the designer of the recently revamped SCABA registration process, I have
quite a keen interest in how things are done around the world - it's easy to
have too much red tape getting in the way of the real purpose of contesting ie
playin the music! I have writen an article for Brass Band World on the subjct
which should be in the next edition, and I would like to follow thatup by
researching what processes/rules apply in other countries with a view to a
follow up article later this year. any info will be greatly appreciated.
