Hi Jakob, Thank you for your congratulations and best wishes.  All 
the hard work obtaining a rehearsal room director and players was 
well worth it.  

At our first meeting in January, we asked all (19) players to bring 
someone equal to or better than themselves.  The next meeting we had 
24.  The number grew to the 29 we now have.  I am sure that our 
personnel will continue to grow.  Since Brass Banding is new to 
Southern California we shouldn't have too big of a problem.  We do 
need another Euphonium and several more Cornets.  In your country, 
there are so many brass bands that I can understand the difficulty in 
finding players that are not already committed to another band.

Who knows maybe someday we can do an exchange concert.
