Is any other brass band out there going through the struggle to keep the
band together, expand, play better..............

Anyone come through the struggle successfully and got some tips ?

I come from a small b.b in Ireland with small no of older (20's) players and
many beginners (8 - 15) - It's tough going and taking a long time to make
progress - just as new members begin to get better , many of them leave etc...

Is there anyone else who has same experience, or any thoughts or suggestions.
