I believe that there is a Brass Band in Watsonville, CA which is located just 
east of Monterey Bay (just about 15 miles northeast of Monterey, itself).  I 
have no other knowlege of them, I only know this much since I have been 
considering a move to  Silicon Valley, just north of Watsonville for career 
reasons and I would need a band to play in.  Maybe someone else could 
elaborate...?

Hi all,

I'll be spending about 2 weeks in Cupertino just out of San Francisco
in early September on work/training etc. and would like to hear about
any english style brass bands in the near vicinity I might visit (and
hopefully practice with).

Of course, I'm not totally averse to other types of bands but I know
what I like best.
