Can anyone help  ?

I'm trying to purchase "The Dream of Love" by Haydn Millars
(Bb soloist with Band accompaniment)
Published 1964   -  R. Smith & Co London

Does anyone know where I can obtain the Band set, as it now seems to be out 
of print and unobtainable through normal channels.
