Dear brass-band listees,
  Your stories of concert disasters have been some of the funniest items I
have ever had the pleasure to read, especially on the Internet. The idea of
one rank of a band marching over playground equipment, while the rest
continue on blithely...  bizzare but very funny - especially because it
really happened. I'd like to suggest that this stuff should be published,
even if only for consumption by non-list bandees, but I suspect a general
audience would revel in it as well. Would anyone be upset if I copied these
to a Word document and assembled them into a volume? We could do this and
have them available at the next NSW and National  contests, if no-one objects.
