For anyone in the area Black Dyke will be holding a public rehearsal
at Bradford and Bingley HQ in Cross Flats near Bradford tonight
(5/9/96) at 7.30pm. The Band will play Elgar's Severn Suite and some
other items from the program for Saturday night's Gala Concert at The
Bridgewater Hall, Manchester.

Also Phil Smith from the NY Phil. will be there to play some 
solos and Bob Childs will be working on the new Phil Wilby Euphonium
Concerto.

Entry is free but seating is limited to about 250 so I suggest you get
there shortly after 7pm or you may have to stand up.
