Chris,
Try Windcraft in Berkshire for mouthpiece restoration. They do 
replating and I imagine they'll be able to remove some dents, but it 
all depends where the dents are. If the dents are on the rim it may 
be difficult. Also, if the dents are in the shank, there is a special 
tool for removing them that you can buy for about stlg30.
