     Dear all,

I heard that Robert Redhead, former conductor of the SA International
and Canadian Staff Bands wrote the test piece for the `96 Nationals.
They told me it is called "Isiah 40". Can anyone of you tell me more
     about this piece/subject?

     Regards,

     Steef Klepke
     Amsterdam Staff Band
