Just to open up another can of worms on this issue;

What about the Honors section champions of NABBA? Many questioned the
"special exemption" that the Dominion BB got to compete. They won the
Honors crown handily, and probably could have placed Top 3 in Championship
section (they were that good). Was it really fair to being together all
those military musicians from a large area to compete against a group of
amatuers?
