I am not aware of any program dedicated to this, but it shouldn't be difficult
to knock up something to do this with a little effort.

On the same subject, I have often wondered about bands accounting. In another
guise I have written an accounting suite for Dos/Unix which, whilst overkill
with the power of the full software, could be the basis of software for bands
treasurers to use in some sort of stripped down version.

If anyone has any thoughts about these let me know - I'd be happy to
distribute some software for these.
