All the recent talk of "Brassed off" has caused me to remember a film that I
watched some years ago - I think it was called the "Shillingbury Blowers" or
something of the sort, where a band went on strike, and they would only play
very short, staccato notes.  Does anyone remember it?  It was shown on
television, and, at a guess, it would be 15 years ago.

Also, I can remember seeing a film - it may have been a Walt Disney, that uses
a band in it's soundtrack. I think it was about pit ponies, but I can't
remember the title. I wonder who the band was? Maybe someone can shed some
light on these two films?
