I and (others) have used both Netscape 3.0 and Internet Explorer 3.0
under Win95 and Win3.1 to listen to the wav file without any errors. I
think the problem is that to keep it as small as possible I saved the
file in a compressed form which MAY be specific to SounBlaster cards.

I think I have enough disc space left to upload an uncompressed wav to
see if this is the problem.

Anyone out there know anything more about this compression stuff? It
would save a lot of time (UPloading & DOWNloading) and disc space if
there was a compression format that every sound card could interpret.
