Hello everyone
   My band, Haslemere Town Band, wishes to commission a piece of new music
for Brass Band. One name mentioned for the composer was Philip Wilby, does
anyone know how to contact him? Does anyone have experience or knowledge of
commissioning music, such as copyright issues, typical costs, publishing
(who pays? and who gets royalties?). Any information would be most useful.
