Hello to everyone,

I hope you all don't mind my posting this global message but... here goes
...

Newport Brass Band are holding a Christmas Extravaganza Concert featuring
the Band, School Choirs, a Barbershop Choir, a flortist (is that how you
spell it!??) playing a solo(s) with the band and drummers from the Royal
Regiment of Wales.  The concert is in aid of Tenovus Cancer Research and is
being held at the Newport Centre on Saturday December 14th commencing 07.00
PM.

Our guest conductor for the evening is none other than Mr. Richard Evans
(BNFL).

If anyone is in the area and would like to attend, or would know of someone
who might be interested in attending this worthwhile event, I can be

Newport Centre Box Office Tel: 01633 662666 or are available from myself or
any band member.

Some of the items the band will include on the programme are 1812,
Riverdance, Country Scene, Sugar Blues (Ct Solo), Batman and the usual
Christmas Selections etc.  Come along and have a listen.
