I guess if I'm going to ask for a Top 10 list, I should at least give it a
go myself.  So here's my Top 10 list, with apologies to those I've missed
or misranked terribly because I haven't heard them in a while.

1. International Staff Band
2. Canadian Staff Band
3. Enfield Citadel Band
4. London Citadel Band
5. Melbourne Staff Band/Amsterdam Staff Band
6. Hendon Citadel Band
7. New York Staff Band
8. Bristol Easton Band
9. Chicago Staff Band
10. Mississauga Temple Band

If I were to include the Egon band, based on the first recording that I'd
heard of them, I'd place them either tied for fourth or fifth.
