 I actually said that vibrato should be applied equally to a note, rather
 than the 'Sinatra' style straight notes with wobble at the end.  If he
 didnt want vib he would say.
 No-one suggested vibrato had to be used, but when it was,it should be
 uniform for the whole note length.
 If your respect for Mr Snell has gone down due to this apparent mis-
 reading, I hope I have corrected this now.
 Maybe you could share with us some of your experiences/thoughts on the
 subject.
