Several years ago, at least 7-8 I saw a play in television about a brass
band.
They did not play very vell, but with a new conductor things seem to
change. Some in the band followed the conductor but others was not
prepared to rehearse to play better. The band was going to spilt in 2. 
It illustrates not only life in a band, but also life as it goes on "for
real".

I cannot remember the titel, and would be glad if anyone could help me
to get some details on that play. It must have been a BBC production.
