Well do you mean whether that it is bad about Jimmy Williams leaving, or
that it is good that Richard Phillips is the new band master (or perhaps
vice versa!). While it is sad to see someone of Jimmy's calibre retiring,
it will be good for Richard to get the chance with a reasonable ensemble,
at Music Schools, many people were of the opinion that he was a better
trainer than Stephen Cobb.
