Nigel Clarke (MD of Alder Valley Brass/Head of Composition London 
College of Music) has done a superb arrangement; I'm not certain that 
it is published yet, but Maecenas Music usually handle his stuff.  I 
understand there is also a Phillip Sparke arrangement published as 
Sokol Fanfare.
