Ladies and Gentleman,

I would like very much to locate one RALPH WHITE, cornetist, living (age 
60?), and I assume still playing, somewhere in the UK. I understand that 
Ralph's mother is a sister of William Booth Best, who taught me to play 
cornet, as a lad, here in the "States". I am greatful for any insight 
someome may be able to provide. 

Also, I believe Mr. Best may have been a member of St.Hilda's(?) Brass 
Band. Is this band still in existence? I haven't noted it being 
mentioned on this list!
