First 2 from each section qualify.
Personally, this was the first time I'd heard the New Buckenham Suite and
it didn't live up to the hype we've seen about it (for me at least).
In particular, congratulations from SCABA to members Chichester & Brighton
- one member band in each section at the finals would be wonderful!
