This means that Brighton Silver and Haverhill Silver are promoted to first
section.
Brighton Silver and Fairlop Brass will represent L&SC second section at the
lower section National Finals in Birmingham at the end of September.
As a member of Hanwell Band I'm pleased to say that this leaves us at the top
of the Second Section with a very good chance of being promoted next year!
