Re: Australian Nationals Newcastle at Easter

Hello All,
I must say at Waratah-Mayfiled, we have found quite a lot of Music in
Coal River, OK so It was Ron Grice and Ken Macdonald that found it
really, but it is there. I would have to agree, with Steven Harlow, that it proabably
won't be played in the future as often as say, Year of the Dragon, and
maybe it isn't the most easy to listen to work either, but as a test
piece I will certainly serve its funtion. We taped a complete
performance last weekend, and when listened to as a complete work it
does have some quite good moments.

Anyway, we get to try out the Venue on Saturday, yes one of the perks
of being the home gound Band.

Also say Brett Kelly mention, another ex Kahibah Bowling Club
Brass Band Trombone Player, still have a few old recording in my
Possession, maybe Brett would like to make me an offer for them.
