Hello all,
     Just a note to let everyone know that on Saturday 5th July, the
Pershore Midsummer Brass Festival will be held at the Angel Inn and in
Pershore Abbey.  Around 30 bands will be appearing throughout the day,
starting around lunchtime and finishing about 10 pm.  Sovereign will be
appearing at the Abbey at around 8 pm, and will be featuring a programme
to include:

	The Melody Shop - King, Ed. Smalley
	Connotations - Gregson
	Euph. Solo: Pilatus - Richards
	Riverdance - Whelan, arr. Farr
	Amazing Grace - arr. Himes
	Finale from Symphony No. 3 'The Organ Symphony' - Saint-Saens,
							  arr. Renton

The world premiere of a piece by Darrol Barry commissioned for the
event, 'Midsummer Serenade', will be performed by the Rolls-Royce
(Coventry) band straight after us in the Abbey.
