Dear All

Stourport Band will also be playing at Pershore Midsummer Brass on the
5th July (next Saturday). Our scheduled performances will be at 2-20pm
in Pershore Abbey and 3-40pm at the Angel Inn.

We will be particularly proud to present the World Premier (!)
performance of 'Revolution' by John Frith in the Abbey. This piece was
commissioned as part of our recent successful lottery bid, and this
event will be the first 'proper' outing for the new instruments we now
own.

If any of you are considering putting in a lottery application, then
please take a look at the page our Chairman has written on our web site
which describes some of his experiences during the process.

For those of you who have not experienced Pershore MSB, do come along.
It's a great day out - perhaps the Midlands answer to Whit Friday! (but
all within walking distance and with a beer tent :-)
