Folks,

I have recently seen the number of rules broken start to increase. Many, but
not all, of the postings are trapped before they go out - however I do have
other things to do.

The popular ones to break are 5, 14 and 17. Please check these guidelines before
posting, and if you're in any doubt drop me a mail.

For those of you who no longer have the rules can I point you to line 4:
	DO NOT THROW THIS MAIL AWAY.

It's there for a reason.
