Thank you for the advice.

Down to what pitch do you play pedals?  If, for instance, the music calls for
a written F 3 ledger lines below the treble clef (concert EEb), would you
play concert EEEb?  My question is not meant to ask what the lowest pitch is
that you are capable of, rather, what is the lowest pitch that is musically
and aurally worthwhile or practical to play?
