Re  The Simpsons theme music - I've played a concert band version, & I'd be
surprised if there wasn't a brass band version.

Also, I'm pretty sure that the main Simpsons  theme was originally from
another TV series - Dennis the Menace?? or Leave it to Beaver??

As for copyright - you must write to the existing copyright owners (see the
sheet music) for permission.
