RE: Questions questions!



Nigel, 
	Good deportment and self-discipline is a positive attribute for
any group to exhibit.  It gives each of the members a strong sense of
identity and cohesiveness amongst the group.  It has been my experience
with SA bands and secular musical aggregations that without these
attributes the group lacks direction and uniformity both in sound and
appearance.  As a bandsman and a conductor I find these characteristics
integral to the success of the group.  Well.....that's my opinion
anyway.  Cheers!!
