If Mozart is what you are looking for, try Geoffrey Emerson's 
arrangement of the Masonic Funeral Music, published by Rakeway, 
which is also very beautiful, meditative music.  It isn't 
particularly easy but is ideal for church services (especially 
- but not uniquely - funerals!!!)
