Can anyone throw any light on the following mouthpiece?

Markings "Rudy Muck Custom Rim 33M"  the inside diameter of the cup is 
22mm.  The mouthpiece is beautifully made with a gold plated cup and 
a silver plated shank.

My trumpet playing friend who was given this mouthpiece says that the 
cup is too big for a trumpet/cornet.

Any ideas?
