...from the North East Lincolnshire Brass Band Championships "Class A"
held on Sunday afternoon in the Winter Gardens, sunny Cleethorpes...

Bands were judged in two categories, musical standard (adjudicator Garry
Cutt) and entertainment.

Rothwell Temperance	190    40.5
Chapeltown Silver	  180    47
Wakefield Met	      177    unplaced
WYM Sharlston	      175    38.5
Nottingham City Trans   unplaced  49

I believe (although I'm not sure) that City of Sheffield won the Class B
contest in the morning.
