Here are the results for the 1997 Mineworkers Competition at Blackpool.

1.  Grimethorpe, 384
2.  Ever Ready, 380
3.  Fishburn, 378
4.  Cwmaman Institute, 370
5= Carlton Main Frickley Colliery, 367
5= Cory, 367
7.  Newtongrange, 360
8.  Kippax RJB, 352
9. Thoresby, 350
10. Point of Ayr Coll, 347
11. Dalkeith & Monktonhall Colliery, 346
12. Polypipe Rossington, 340
