I am currently researching a project on orchestration for the euphonium.
I'm just curious to see if anyone out there has any comments, opinions
or pet peeves to do with this subject.  I'm looking for basic comments
like clefs and range to more complex stuff like tuning in relation to
ensembles.  I've ordered David Werden's "Scoring for Euphonium" and should
be getting it soon (Canadian postal strike &*@#!).  Thank you for any
comments you have.  The project is to be in CD-Rom form, multimedia, the
whole bit; it's for a music theory class. I'll try to get it posted on the
web after I sort out all the educational-materiel-copyright-stuff.
