 It sounds like it after you listen to the CD.

 Perhaps the quote should have read :-
 BDM can learn to get to the end of a piece
 in two rehearsals, it takes them a bit longer 
 to play it correctly though.

 Thats fine if you want to record a CD and earn
 a few quid. But if Black Dyke can't be bothered
 to practice the pieces to reasonable standard 
 then I don't see why the rest of us should be 
 bothered to buy and listen to half hearted attempts
 of test pieces.
