On looking around I have found it difficult to buy new felts to
refurbish instruments.

I do not want to buy one or two, I want a boxful so that I can fix the
whole band at once! Since each felt should only cost a matter of pence
this is the way to get them for this purpose.

I do know that splendid online instrument shop, the Brasswind
(http://www.wwandbw.com/) do a boxed set and may have to get them this
way. However, SURELY there is somewhere in the UK I can get them from at
a competitive price?

I was made an offer at a silly price by a well-known London brass
specialist for individual felts, but declined his kind offer when I
calculated what it would cost to re-felt the Egham Band!

Anyone on the list able to help?
