I have been interested for a while now in the development of the brass band
test-piece through the years. If anyone knows any of the test-pieces  used
in early years of all the main contests, please could they let me know
either through the list or by personal mail at jcsteer@xxxxxxxxxxxxxx

Also I would like to hear from anyone has access to any archive copies of
the British Bandsman right the way from issue 1 !
