I appreciate that rules are rules. However, I cannot see the need 
for a signature form to be completed as well as registration cards 
checked. Even if such a form is required, I don't think it is such a 
great misdemeanour if one name is accidentally ommitted from it.

We probably could have played without our percussionist, but we knew we 
were in with a chance of winning if he played. Without him, we 
couldn't have come in the top two. (The timpani par after F in Montage is

particularly noticable, and he also did cymbal clashes, etc.). 

I'll keep you informed of any developments. At the moment, I'm assuming 
that we will be going to the Finals, as I believe that our case is a 
strong one (not to mention the fact that we've bought the Champagne 
already!!!)...
