Re: British Open Triv.



That was back in the days when only the first six places were published
- Hawthorn was not amongst them.  Of course many rumors flowed about
exactly where the band came.  The truth is we'll never know for sure,
but they seemed to be generally pleased with their performance.  I've
heard a tape of the playing -they were quite good but I don't think they
were hard done by.
