Compuserve seem to have decided that spam controls are now compulsory for=

all users - you can't switch them off, neither can they (despite what the=
ir
front line help desk may tell you!).
I've followed every instruction they gave me and got nowhere. They claim
that mailing list mail will still get through - my experience is that it
doesn't (at least from the brass band server).

Perhaps those still reading that list could memo me to confirm they also
no
longer receive mail from brass-band-approval@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

I'm happy to continue taking up the cause on behalf of us compuserve user=
s.

for those reading this via the mailing list itself - if you are a c/serve=

user and ARE getting list mail, perhaps you too could let me know.
