Janet,
not wanting to put a dampenner on things, but Word files are an ideal way to 
spread viruses.  Last year, our works site lost almost a man-year after 
someone imported a Word virus on to our system.

Could you cut-and-paste the joke (text only) into the body of an email 
please?
