Does this mean that rule 20 can go?

 maybe a representative will tell me why sometime. Anyhow it would appear that
 CompuServe users can not receive this list. The only way to receive this
 list as a CompuServe customer is to change your service. However that's rather
 drastic so I'd advise checking with their help desk first to see if they've
 overcome the problem."
