Fulham Band have just played a briliiant concert (packed house) and now one
of the items has set my mind wondering to find out more about it.  The
piece was Matteson's Air and Fulham played it as a concert solo.  The
composer Mattheson was around at the same time as J.S. Bach and we think he
was also an organist.  Can anybody on the List expand please?

P.S.  Much as I enjoyed my spell on 1st Tenor Horn with the Fulham Band, I
am now back on 2nd Bb Baritone with Crystal Palace for the time being <Grin>
