I would just like to add that LSO have a homepage.  There maybe an e-mail

Failing that, I guess you could try getting in touch with James Watson via
either the Royal Academy of Music or Black Dyke.  He might be able to pass
your enquiry on direct to Eric Crees next time they see each other.
