Further to earlier replies there are a couple of other original pieces for
band & piano (or is piano & band).

Firstly there is a recording of the Jacob's Rhapsody by Solna Brass from
Sweden but it's actually for 3 hands rather than the "normal" duet of 4.

Then there is Geoffrey Brand's Concerto for Band and Piano (soloist Keith
Swallow) as featured on the 1970 Dyke recording called Ivory & Brass. 

Fianlly of course there is Ray Steadman Allen's Christ is the Answer written
in about 1965 for the SA's centenary. It's a piece I got to know quite well as
Chelmsford SA Band used to feature it in their big programmes for a number of
years.
